Sammy Margo
Principal Physio
Sammy established her clinic
more than 15 years ago. She qualified in London as a physio, and
subsequently did a Master's in Physiotherapy at University College and The
Middlesex Hospital. She is also qualified Aerobics and Pilates
instructor. and incorporates this 'balanced body' approach into her
physiotherapy treatments.
Sammy spent time working in The
NHS as well as in the professional sporting arena including time at
Finchley, Barnet and Wingate football clubs. At Barnet FC, Sammy became
English football's first female chartered physiotherapist. Other team sport
involvement included the England basketball team and the England athletics
team.
Sammy is actively involved in
the media as a spokesperson CSP and appears frequently on radio and
television as well as in newspapers and magazines. She also maintains
her clinical input.
Sammy has written 'The
Good Sleep Guide' which has been published and is now available.. |

Stephanie
Winstone |

Stephanie graduated as a
physiotherapist from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2001. She
has gained experience working in private practices in New Zealand and has
been physiotherapist for national level football, rugby and netball teams.
She completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Western Acupuncture at Auckland
University of Technology, New Zealand, 2005.
Stephanie specialises in the
treatment of musculoskeletal problems including spinal and peripheral joint
pain and sports injuries, using acupuncture together with manual therapy.
She joined our team in August 2005. |

Karen
Hutchcroft |
|
|
Karen completed her
physiotherapy degree in Sheffield in 2000. She gained experience in
musculoskeletal respiratory and neurological conditions. In 2002 Karen
trained in acupuncture. She then went to New Zealand where she gained
extensive experience in sports injuries.
Karen specialises in the
treatment of complex musculoskeletal problems including postural
dysfunction, sports injuries, and she has a special interest in neurological
conditions. She uses Maitland, Mulligan, McKenzie and Bobath.
Karen plays netball and
regularly goes horse-riding. She joined the team in 2005.

Naomi
Jankelewitz |
|
|
Naomi qualified as a physiotherapist from Sheffield Hallam in 2002.
She gained experience working in the NHS and private hospitals. She completed her post-graduate acupuncture course in 2005.
Naomi specialises in the
treatment of all problems including chronic pain, orthopaedics especially
ACL reconstruction, post hip and knee replacements and paediatrics.
She uses manual therapy (including Maitland mobilisation and McKenzie
Technique), retraining muscle imbalances together with acupuncture.
Naomi enjoys going to the
gym and spinning. |

Anna Boden
|
|
|
Anna completed her Masters in Physio (GE) degree in Adelaide, South
Australia. Preceding this, Anna completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in
Human Movement, and worked as a personal trainer. She has gained
considerable experience in various sports including Australian Rules
Football, Grid Iron, Rugby and Football. Most recently, she was invited to
join the physio team at a national UKA meet.
She has undertaken post graduate courses in Pilates and acupuncture. She
uses a hands on manual approach including joint manipulation. She has a
keen interest in sport and spinal injuries as well as orthopaedic rehab.
Anna likes to keep fit by running, weight training and regular Pilates.

Jade Lucas-Read

Prior to qualifying
as a chartered physiotherapist Jade was an athlete competing on the National
stage with the likes of today's 100M champions. Since qualifying in the UK
she has specialised in the area of sports injuries and works with clinical
pilates to rehabilitate and prevent further injury. Jade previously worked
in Harley Street treating high-level athletes as well as Jo-Joggers. She
enjoys pilates, keeping fit and running.
